Job Summary Shift: Nights (1900‑0730) Schedule: 6 shifts per two‑week pay period; some weekends required. Role: Labor & Delivery RN who applies the nursing process to plan, implement, evaluate, and document care for pregnant patients. Responsibilities include assessing physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and language needs; facilitating interdisciplinary team collaboration; and guiding patients through labor and delivery. Professional development: RN I works with a designated mentor toward independent practice and growth within the Labor & Delivery Department.
