Titan Account Manager - (Kansas/Kansas City Metro/Nebraska) Plymouth, MN, US 55447 Regular Full-Time Title: Account Manager (Kansas/Kansas City Metro/Nebraska) Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Compensation Range: $60,000-$70,000 base salary + Commissions Benefits Starting at 4 weeks PTO per year 401(k) and company match Profit Sharing, Medical + Company HSA contribution Wellness Program Dental Vision Life Disability 6 Weeks Parental Leave Long‑term care insurance Tuition reimbursement Employee Resource Groups On‑Site Café On‑Site Gym Position Objective Grow sales of Titan product through corporate sales calls, store sales calls, and contractor sales calls. Prospect new customers in niche segments to expand and broaden product offering. Provide equipment knowledge and troubleshooting as a service to contractors and store personnel. Sells products to business and industrial establishments or individuals at the sales office, store, showroom, or customers’ place of business. Responsibilities Apply appropriate knowledge of all equipment sold by Titan Travel (occasional overnight) throughout the assigned territory to call on established and prospective distribution and contractors Display or demonstrate product both verbally and hands‑on to emphasize saleable features and benefits Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained Estimate delivery dates to customers based on knowledge of the firm’s production and delivery schedules Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts Prepare forecasting reports for the designated territory Build relationships with top contractors in each market Perform other duties as assigned Relationship To Others Works with sales peers and Titan support team in the performance of their duties. Dimensions of Position Handles confidential company information including product design, new product launches, and company financials. Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or GED; minimum of two years’ field sales experience, preferably in a related industry; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined by the hiring manager and Human Resources. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers; Spanish speaking preferred. Strong understanding of sales profit and loss concepts; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while being self‑motivated and a good team builder. Entrepreneurial and self‑starter mentality. Working Conditions Work is performed in a home office or field setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
