Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.**WHAT YOU WILL DO*** Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring an efficient, quality-driven process.* Partner with hiring managers to build structured assessments, manage expectations, and provide market insights.* Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to design and execute targeted pipelines aligned with business goals.* Deliver an elite, high-touch interview journey to position Mytheresa as an employer of choice.* Build strategic external partnerships with agencies, universities, and industry networks.* Support the team on strategic recruitment projects, employer branding, and operational workflow improvements.**WHO YOU ARE*** Minimum 3+ years of full-time, progressive recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on, advanced experience utilizing the Workday Recruiting module.* Confidence and fluency in using advanced AI tools within the recruitment workflow (e.g., sourcing, screening, automation).* Fully fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).* Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern passive sourcing platforms.* University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.* Strong ability to influence, prioritize, negotiate, and constructively push back with stakeholders.**WHAT WE OFFER*** Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days* Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)* 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting)* Language courses* Staff discount of up to 30%* Company pension scheme* Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms* Discounted travel card* Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life)* Social Day* Employee Share Purchase Plan### ### *LuxExperience is an equal opportunities employer, we encourage people with a diverse range of backgrounds to apply.
