The Role

This isnt button-pushing.

Youll be trained to operate precision press equipment, fine-tune machines, and build high-quality coil components from the ground up.

What Youll Do

• Set up and operate precision press equipment
• Monitor quality and fine-tune machine performance
• Read blueprints and take accurate measurements
• Learn how our products are built start-to-finish
• Work safely in a clean, organized environment

Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our night shift operation .

• Typical schedule: 7:00 PM 5:30AM
• Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.
