Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Full-Time | $22-$23/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. This role includes forklift operation, order picking, packing, material handling, and assisting with light production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, and unload shipments
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Cut and prepare flooring materials to specifications
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
• Support production and shipping operations as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred, certified)
• Shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment experience
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred

• RF scanner experience
• Inventory control experience
• Manufacturing or distribution warehouse experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
