You will be responsible for the fluid movement of inventory, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and prepared for shipment with precision. If you have a background in material handling or a desire to grow within a high-performance logistics team, we want to hear from you.Enjoy a stable 1st shift work-life balance (7:30 am – 4:00 pm).Skill Advancement: Gain hands-on experience in modern warehousing and logistics.Immediate Impact: Play a vital role in the supply chain by ensuring our products reach their destination on time.Access to training and development to help you earn professional certifications.Responsibilities IncludeReceiving & Unloading: Process incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and report any discrepancies.Material Handling: Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods to their designated storage locations.Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for daily outbound shipping.Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.Documentation: Utilize basic computer systems to log incoming stock and track material movements.Strictly follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Experience (Plus): Previous experience with material handling, receiving, or driving (forklift/pallet jack) is highly preferred but not required.Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy when counting inventory and processing shipping labels.Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program.
