As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Watch in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a premier retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observed activity and sharing relevant information with site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee movement, and report suspicious behavior, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with security-related inquiries, and following post orders for retail operations and closing procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
