Your day-to-day tasks will include book keeping, phone calls to clients and vendors, and reconciling bank statements. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and that our company remains in compliance with all financial regulations.
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in book keeping, phone calls in a fast-paced environment and will be familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also essential for success in this role.
