Director of Nursing

We are looking for people who share our commitment to providing quality care for seniors and their families. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred. 1+ years of nursing management experience to include hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision. Experience in tracking, trending, and analyzing clinical performance data preferred.
