You will work closely with physicians, technologists, and fellow nurses in a highly coordinated environment where efficiency and clinical excellence are essential. In an average day, you will:Circulate and monitor during procedures including interventional cardiology cases, structural heart interventions, and emergent STEMI activationsManage patients with ICU-level acuity, requiring continuous monitoring and rapid responseWork within a 4-person team model (2 RNs and 2 Techs) to ensure safe and seamless procedural flowAnticipate physician needs and support complex procedural workflowsHandle specialized equipment and maintain procedural readinessComplete detailed documentation to support continuity and quality of careParticipate in an on-call rotation, responding to urgent cardiac cases after hoursThis is a detail-oriented, high-energy role requiring strong clinical instincts, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.Physical Demands: Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The pay range for this role is $42.69 - $56.71 hourly.
