About the Position

Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Critical Need Duration: 12 Months Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, CCRN preferred, Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred Description: The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an ICU setting is required. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred. Candidates must possess essential certifications, including ACLS. This role requires strong leadership and management skills. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position. The focus will be on providing high-quality patient care. Candidates must be committed to continuous professional development.
