Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years Graduate of an accredited nursing program Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Basic Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support Description: This position is for a Nurse Manager II in the Intensive Care Unit. Candidates must have 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. A Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided is mandatory. Candidates must possess Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred. Candidates with a NIH Stroke Scale Certificate or CCRN certification are preferred. Experience with dialysis, SLED, or equivalent is also preferred. This role may require working 12-hour shifts. A total of 36 guaranteed hours per week is expected.
