Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Sync Behavioral Health Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others, to engage clients effectively and support their recovery.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient records reflect progress and treatment insights.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continually enhance service delivery and share insights within the team.

• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families, enabling them to better understand treatment options and navigate community resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
