Responsabilidades: Monta y prueba arneses de cables y termopares para cumplir con estrictos estándares de calidad. Lee e interpreta planos técnicos y esquemas para un montaje preciso. Utiliza herramientas y equipos de precisión para cortar, pelar y terminar alambres. Realiza inspecciones rutinarias y soluciones de problemas para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo. Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería y producción para mejorar los procesos y la eficiencia. Mantén un espacio de trabajo limpio y organizado para mantener los estándares de seguridad. Documentar las actividades de producción y mantener registros precisos del trabajo realizado. Cumple todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa en cuanto a calidad y seguridad. Requisitos: diploma de secundaria o equivalente; Se prefiere certificación técnica. Experiencia demostrada en montaje de cables y fabricación de termopares. Sólido conocimiento de componentes eléctricos y técnicas de cableado. Capacidad para leer e interpretar especificaciones técnicas y planos. Excelente atención al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y formar parte de un equipo. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y una actitud positiva. Disposición para aprender y adaptarse en un entorno laboral dinámico.
