Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking Production/Assembly Associates for a leading marine manufacturer. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy building products, working with tools, and being part of a team-focused production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards
Use hand tools and air tools to complete assembly tasks
Read and follow basic production requirements
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support team production goals and daily objectives

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience using hand tools and air tools required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift
Ability to stand for the duration of the workday
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
