Are you seeking a dynamic career with a purpose? The Consulting Psychologist (CP) will serve as the Trauma Mitigation and Response Initiative Coach and Consultant. The CP will deliver trauma‑responsive programs, trainings, and evidence‑based practices for the Department's workforce, develop a critical incident response program, and consult with staff and stakeholders on effective trauma‑related practices to ensure successful professional development. This position may be eligible for telework under CDPH's telework policy. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
