Youth Housing Case Manager & Program Developer
MCHS Family of Services
MCHS Family of Services is hiring a Housing Case Manager to provide professional-level service coordination for young men and women who are homeless or transitioning to supportive housing. You will develop housing plans, coordinate with housing programs, and drive program development and evaluation efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, plus 3–5 years with homeless or vulnerable populations and 1 year in housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr MCHS Family of Services
