Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational programs
• Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
