Talis Group, Inc. is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to oversee a multi-site operation in the Louisville area. The role centers on building a Lean/TPS operating system, developing leaders from the shop floor to management, and driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. The successful candidate will spend significant time on the shop floor coaching leaders, using data-driven problem solving and structured kaizen to deliver measurable improvements, while coordinating across
