Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets Develop and execute an effective call plan, maintaining a consistent 4-to-12-week rotation across all accounts Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising, ensuring proper board placement, updated POP materials, and alignment with brand positioning Leverage reporting, training tools, samples, and technology to manage your business and drive performance Build and strengthen relationships across all levels within customer accounts Conduct impactful product training sessions to ensure alignment with brand messaging and maximize sell‑through Grow existing accounts while actively prospecting and converting new business opportunities Represent Europa at local, regional, and national trade shows Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, contributing to overall growth strategy Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives Plan and execute trunk shows and in-office events to drive consumer engagement and sales What Success Looks Like in This Role You’re energized by winning business, building relationships, and taking ownership of your territory. Required Qualifications 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets. Ability to lift and transport sample bags (25 lbs). Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays. Valid driver’s license and U.S. work authorization. W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.
