**Shift: **1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 6am– 3pm, Fri, 6am-10am

**Location: **Blaine, MN

Wage: $23.00 - $25.00

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled **Brake Press Operator **to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts according to specifications.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate brake press machines safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawings

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years as a Press Brake Operator and programmer.

• Minimum 3 years reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints, and able to read and understand written and verbal instructions, including drawings and shear lists

• Ability to program equipment to fabricate material based on product prints

• Skilled at selecting appropriate tooling for production

• Ability to calculate blank sizes for jobs based on final product prints

• Knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to perform minor machine maintenance
