HVAC Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Wednesday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• HVAC Tech - Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service needs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

HVAC Tech Qualifications:

• Previous HVAC experience required EPA certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
