Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process within NICU.
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize neonatal outcomes.
Educate families about care plans and health maintenance.
Document patient information accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain a safe, caring environment for neonatal patients and their families.

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years' RN experience, preferably in NICU or pediatric care
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated good judgment and interpersonal skills
