What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for neonates in NICU and newborn nursery settings
• Assist with high-risk deliveries, including attending high-acuity births
• Conduct car seat testing and handle diagnoses for NICU and well-baby patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor infant health status and respond promptly to emergencies
• Educate parents and guardians on newborn care and procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation in Epic electronic health records

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license
• BLS, NRP, and CPI certifications
• At least 2 years of NICU or pediatric nursing experience
• Epic experience is required

Preferred:

• Experience with high-risk deliveries and neonatal procedures
• Flexibility to work holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• Willingness to participate in emergency response teams when assigned
