This role is full-time, preferably located in NYC. Open to remote for the right candidate.
The Opportunity

We're looking for a Growth Lead to build and run growth at Moonshot from the ground up: strategy, content, paid channels, and the team underneath it all. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a manage-an-agency-and-review-decks job. You'll be in the weeds on campaigns and content while building out the function as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Own growth strategy end-to-end: set the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and own the numbers behind it
• Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and other platforms as they become relevant
• Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies, sourcing, briefing, and scaling content that performs
• Generate and test ideas constantly; you're not waiting for a brief, you're bringing the brief
• Build and lead the team as we scale: hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketers and specialists you need
• Report on and iterate against performance: kill what doesn't work, scale what does, fast

What We Look For in You

• A few years of experience scaling a consumer product, as a growth hacker/marketer inside a consumer app (social, fintech, gaming), or at an agency running growth for products like these
• Hands-on channel experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search
• A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset; you're hungry, hands-on, and thrive building the playbook as you go, not running someone else's
• Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you don't need a fully mapped org or process to start moving

Nice to Haves

• Crypto experience, as a retail trader or through work at a crypto company
• Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
