Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol a residential community, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity at gates and/or access points, verify visitor information when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Support community rules and property protocols through visible presence, courteous interaction, and timely reporting of incidents, disturbances, and/or after-hours concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
