Program Control Analyst

Responsibilities Plan and conduct budget analysis to evaluate the accuracy of estimates and conformance with procedures. Prepare detailed budgeting reports and validate the accuracy of program-wide financial databases. Authorize technical budget artifacts and provide expert analysis to management regarding cost trends and funding availability. Lead the execution of program control functions and validate financial after‑action reports to capture mission‑critical cost efficiencies. Oversee the tracking of budget milestones within complex mission plans to ensure alignment with theater‑wide requirements. Manage the distribution of financial data and facilitate the resolution of identified funding gaps. Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure program objectives remain achievable. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. Five (5) or more years of experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, or program/project management. Two (2) or more years of experience working with contract budgets, spend plans, subcontract tracking and/or variance analysis in a DOD/Federal Contracting environment. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Oracle) and project management scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6). Preferred Qualifications Experience in formal cost modeling for a globally dispersed program. Background in government financial reporting requirements. Clearance Requirements Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. Frequent communication with co‑workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations and exchanging accurate information in these situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
