SCM Procurement Supervisor

JOB TITLE: SCM Procurement Supervisor REPORTS TO: Procurement Manager Job Type Full-Time Employee DEPARTMENT: West SCM LOCATION: Commerce, CA 90040 Job Summary The Procurement Supervisor will support strategic sourcing activities by assisting in RFQ processes, supplier coordination, cost analysis, and procurement data management. This role focuses on enabling efficient sourcing execution and maintaining data accuracy within SRM and SAP systems, rather than routine replenishment purchasing. The position will work closely with the Sr. Procurement Supervisor and cross-functional teams to support supplier selection, pricing analysis, and new product sourcing initiatives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Support RFQ processes, including supplier outreach, quotation collection, and data consolidation
- Assist in supplier communication for pricing, specifications, and lead time confirmation
- Prepare and analyze basic cost comparisons to support sourcing decisions
- Maintain and manage procurement data in SRM and SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Support new supplier onboarding, including documentation collection and system setup
- Assist in new product sourcing activities in coordination with R&D and Marketing
- Track supplier quotations, price changes, and maintain historical pricing records
- Support contract and pricing documentation management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate sourcing requirements
- Assist in preparing procurement reports, including cost analysis and supplier performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies, and documentation standards
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, accounting or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain
- Basic understanding of RFQ process, supplier management, and cost structures
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, comparison analysis)
- Ability to support multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
