Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection and purchasing process from start to finish
• Conduct informative and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle inventory
• Prepare and present accurate pricing quotes and financing options
• Collaborate with finance, management, and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience
• Follow up with prospective and past customers to maintain relationships and generate referrals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads through our CRM system
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; not required we will train the right candidate
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping customers
• Ability to ask for the sale and confidently follow through
• Personal ambition and a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Availability to work weekends as needed

Compensation:

• This is a 3-month base training salary + commission position with more than average compensation
• Estimated Pay Range: $50,000-150,000 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
