Winsupply of Bismarck is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our customer base throughout the Bismarck/Mandan area. This is an outside B2B sales role for someone who thrives on prospecting, developing new accounts, and controlling their own income.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on growing market share by developing new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial customers
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and job site visits
  • Identify customer needs and recommend profitable product solutions
  • Expand existing customer relationships through exceptional service
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate customer activity and sales records
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Plumbing industry experience is helpful but not required. We value sales ability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
