Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Intervention Specialist license (K-12)
• Proven experience working with high school-aged students in special education settings
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Role Details:

• Full-time contract, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Long-term role running through June 10, 2027
• Responsible for supporting a caseload of approximately 24 high school students
• Design and deliver tailored instructional strategies aligned with students’ learning goals
• Collaborate with other educators, families, and support staff to ensure optimal student progress
• Track and report on student growth, adapting plans as needed for success
