Qualifications:

• Current Ohio ODE Intervention Specialist license (K–12)
• Proven experience designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, family, and service teams
• Ability to maintain a positive, encouraging classroom environment
• Organizational skills to manage a caseload of up to 24 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, tailored instruction and support for high school students with diverse needs
• Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Use data-driven strategies to monitor and report on student progress
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment to maximize student engagement
• Communicate regularly with parents and education team members to support each learner’s goals
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines

This position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 10, 2027, offering a stable, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
