On-Site Estimating Manager — Large Commercial $20M+ Projects

IT Impact Consulting in Houston is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead on-site commercial bids and manage end-to-end estimating processes for major projects. The role requires recent direct experience with a medium-to-large commercial GC and a proven ability to independently estimate projects valued at $20 million or more.

You will use takeoff software, Excel, and BuildingConnected, develop subcontractor relationships, and mentor junior staff to grow estimating capability.
