Job Opening: Inside Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
Location: Newark, DE
Compensation: Commission-Based with =Small Salary– Unlimited Earning Potential

Are you a self-starter with high energy, unstoppable drive, and a passion for closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls and responding to inbound leads

• Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients

• Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions

• Managing and tracking your sales pipeline

• Closing deals and crushing goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High-energy, motivated, and results-driven personality

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

• Previous sales experience is a big plus – but not required if you're hungry to learn

• Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
