Marketing Representative

This position supports the planning and execution of consumer and trade marketing initiatives for priority DC Publishing projects. This role partners closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to support the development of compelling marketing materials, execute integrated campaign components, and manage assets that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials, effective event execution, and consistent communication of publishing priorities. Marketing Representative Role Type Full-time Requirements At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, or a related field required. Experience in publishing, comics, and/or book retail preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders (such as vendors and partners.) Must have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment and partner across departments. Must have the ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively under time constraints. Must have the ability to pay close attention to details and handle confidential material with discretion. Must have the ability to apply campaign learnings and performance insights to inform ongoing marketing execution. Must have excellent project management skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud software (such as Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign) required. Knowledge of publishing/comic book industry preferred. Must be able to travel as needed approximately 5% of the time.
