About Our Practice
We are a busy, high-quality oral surgery practice located right in the Goodyear area. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care and are looking for a skilled, dedicated Oral Surgery Surgical Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in Surgery: Anticipate the surgeon's needs, pass instruments, and maintain a strict sterile field during procedures.
• Patient Care: Monitor vital signs during surgery and provide comforting support to patients.
• Prep & Sterilization: Set up surgical instruments to surgeon preferences and ensure the operating room is immaculately prepared.
• Imaging & Software: Utilize systems like  iCAT ,  DTX ,  Dexis , and  DSN practice management software.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Previous hands-on experience in an oral surgery setting.
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of dental/medical anatomy and terminology.
• Compliance: Strict adherence to patient confidentiality and  HIPAA regulations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong multitasking abilities, and a high level of organization.
