Retread Operator (Production Operator) Temp to Full-time

Base Pay $18.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Required Degree High school Manage Others No Dunlop Aircraft Tyres, is now hiring for Production Line/Retread Operators in our Mocksville, NC location. The starting hourly rate is $18.00, plus incentives. Sign-on bonus totaling $1000 ($500 upon completion of 1st certification and $500 90 days after certification) Medical coverage for employees (premium paid by company) Medical/dental/vision for employee and dependents Flexible spending and Health Savings Accounts (with company contribution of $60 to $80 per month) Short-term and Long-term disability Basic term life insurance 10 paid holidays 401 (k) with 4% company contribution $500 employee referral bonus-NO LIMIT ON REFERRALS Requirements Production Line/Retread Operators with Dunlop Aircraft Tyres are responsible to perform the following including but not limited to: Inspect tires and make necessary repairs Install retread rubber on prepared tire Prepare tire for curing process Load and unload curing chamber/large heating oven Conducts final inspection Prepares tires for disbursement to proper areas Maintain a safe & clean work environment. Participate in training; follow safety procedures, job duties, & company policies. Shift schedule options (one shift assigned based on production needs; we do not rotate shifts):

1. st shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
2. nd shift - Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm
3. rd shift - Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm to 7:00am
