Freelance Paid Media Specialist We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Freelance Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid social campaigns for an established B2B technology company. You will work closely with the Demand Generation team to improve campaign performance across the customer journey, with a strong focus on driving pipeline. This role combines hands-on campaign execution and optimisation with strategic recommendations. Responsibilities Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook and Reddit. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing and bid strategies. Build and launch campaigns using creative and copy supplied by internal teams. Continuously test and optimise audiences, targeting, placements and creative. Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance. Support conversion tracking, measurement and reporting. Recommend paid social strategies that support broader demand generation and pipeline goals. Collaborate with internal Demand Generation, Creative and Web teams. Proactively share platform trends, insights and optimisation opportunities. Hire Digital
