Seasonal Warehouse Helper

Position Purpose The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities Stock and organize products safely and accurately. Pull and prepare customer orders for pick‑up or delivery. Load and unload the delivery trucks. Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory. Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations. Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or certification. Training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training. High school diploma or equivalent.
