Hours: As a dinner show most shifts are in the afternoon - evening. Responsibilities of the Position Welcome, greet, and direct guests throughout their visit while providing exceptional customer service. Answer guest questions about the show and venue. Offer beverages and snacks while maintaining our high standards of guest service. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and fellow crew members.
