VMP Healthcare & Community Living has been serving older adults for more than 100 years. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center as we continue our journey toward Five Stars. As Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide operational leadership for Maplewood Center, overseeing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and ventilator services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding experience for residents, families, employees, and visitors. You'll have the opportunity to:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in long term care management.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.
