About us
Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the handling of customer belongings throughout the restoration process, from initial pack-out to final return 
  • Assist with transporting items between job sites and the warehouse, ensuring proper care at all times 
  • Perform physical tasks involving lifting, carrying, and positioning materials in a safe and efficient manner 
  • Wrap, protect, and organize contents based on job requirements and customer expectations 
  • Take apart and rebuild furniture when needed during moves and restoration work 
  • Support emergency response efforts, including water mitigation, drying, and site stabilization 
  • Set up and break down drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers 
  • Remove damaged structural materials and assist with tear-out and cleanup following a loss 
  • Communicate directly with customers on-site to provide updates and address questions 
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, as part of daily responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to recieve DOT certification
• Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.

• Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
