You will lead a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include supervising shifts, training and coaching team members, and maintaining operational standards. Supervise shifts and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking and preparing orders, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Product Quality: Ensure the highest standards of coffee and food quality. Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items, adhering to Starbucks recipes and guidelines.Training and Development: Train new baristas on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation.Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately. Ensure cash-handling policies and procedures are followed.Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
