6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

YOUR ROLE AS A WEEKEND NURSE

Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
Lead and support CNAs to ensure excellent care delivery
Communicate effectively with providers, families, and the care team
Ensure documentation meets regulatory and clinical standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Texas license
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred
