Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Conduct vital sign checks and report any abnormalities to the Registered Nurse

• Provide wound care, dressings, and treatments as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Perform basic life support measures, such as CPR and first aid, as needed
