SAP Vistex Lead Consultant

We are looking for a Lead SAP Consultant with proven hands-on Vistex implementation or application management experience to join our SAP practice and support customer-facing delivery. The role focuses on delivering and scaling SAP Margin Optimization solutions, including pricing, rebates, and trade promotion processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will lead complex Vistex solution implementations, establish delivery best practices, support presales activities, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across enterprise projects, end-to-end implementations, and Vistex integrations. Locations: United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, North Macedonia, Greece, Finland. Key Responsibilities: · Deliver Vistex implementation engagements end-to-end: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare by applying your existing Vistex hands-on expertise. · Design integration between Vistex on SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA (and S/4HANA ECC where in scope), covering master data, billing/sales documents, purchase orders, and accounting postings. · Configure Vistex agreements, rules, terms, calculations, accruals, and settlements for pricing, rebates, and trade promotion scenarios in CPG and Pharma contexts. · Lead Vistex solution workshops with customer business and IT stakeholders, translating commercial requirements (margin, channel, contract economics) into Vistex configuration. · Drive presales activities - solution demonstrations, scoping, RFP responses, effort estimations for prospective Vistex customers within our pipeline. ·Build delivery assets, accelerators, configuration templates, integration patterns, and reusable methodologies to scale the practice. Required Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on Vistex experience in real implementation or Application Management Support (AMS) engagements. You should have hands-on experience configuring, integrating, supporting, or operating Vistex solutions in production environments and be able to discuss your contribution and business impact in detail. Strong preference for hands-on experience with Vistex Pricing Solutions and/or Rebates & Reimbursements. Experience with Trade Promotions Management is a strong plus. In addition to the Vistex experience above, we are looking for the following SAP foundation expertise: · 5+ years SAP consulting in SD, MM, or FI (one or more) · Strong grasp of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or record-to-report · FI integration: revenue recognition, accruals, GL postings · Experience working directly with business stakeholders through workshops, blueprinting sessions, and UAT activities. · CPG and/or Pharma industry experience: proven delivery in at least one of these industries, with working understanding of channel pricing, trade spend, rebate accounting, gross-to-net, or chargebacks as relevant to the industry. · Ability to take ownership in a lead Vistex consultant role, support practice development, and help scale the capability over time. · Fluent English (written and spoken) for customer-facing delivery. · Available for client travel within the EU/UK as needed. Nice to Have: · Vistex Trade Promotions Management hands-on experience. · Hands-on with additional Vistex / SAP-by-Vistex modules: Rights & Royalties, Excise Tax, Performance Incentives, Loyalty & Rewards, Chargebacks, Billbacks. · Existing Vistex certifications (any level) — Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, Integration Engineer, or Build Engineer. · SAP S/4HANA certification (functional or technical), SAP BTP certification, or SAP Integration Suite certification. · Presales track record: RFP responses, solution demos, effort estimation, statements of work. · Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Lithuanian is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
