JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Nurse Practitioner Specialty: NP - Hematology & Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Seattle, WA Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: ASAP Dec 31, 2026 Shift Schedule: Mon Fri, 9a 5p Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency
PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 16 patients/day
FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Support Staff: RNs: 10, MAs: 5, Office Staff: TBD
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes BC required Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC) DEA Certifications: BLS Experience: Heme onc experience is required, Cellular Therapy experience a plus
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clinical care for Hematology/Oncology patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage patient treatment plans. Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management. Maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Assist with inpatient Heme/Onc services as needed.
