Sr. Injury Claims Adjuster

USAA is seeking a Sr. Injury Claims Adjuster to handle complex auto and bodily injury claims for our military members and their families. You will investigate losses, gather statements and medical documentation, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate fair settlements within authority. Partner with legal, medical, and internal stakeholders to mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent member service. Use claims systems, analytics, and reports to document decisions, manage caseloads, and contribute to process improvement in a mission-driven environment.
