FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst | Data Center Infrastructure | Austin, TX Help build the finance function behind the next generation of digital infrastructure. Our client is a fast-growing Data Center Infrastructure Developer seeking its first FP&A Analyst to work directly with the Director of FP&A, SVP of Accounting, Project Controls team and CFO. This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll own the analytical backbone of the business across development, financing, construction and operations. What You’ll Own 13-week cash forecasting and cash flow analysis NetSuite / Project Controls reconciliations Budget vs. Actual vs. EAC variance analysis Biweekly CFO reporting and financial dashboards Project cost, contingency and scope-change tracking Annual budgets and rolling forecasts Ad hoc analysis supporting the CFO and senior leadership What We’re Looking For 2–5 years FP&A, corporate finance, project finance or accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field Advanced Excel and Power Query skills Strong financial modelling and reconciliation abilities Excellent communicator with strong commercial instincts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Nice to Have Experience with EPC/GMP, Procore, Primavera P6, energy infrastructure, power, midstream or data centers.
