Retail Sales Representative (Territory: Camden/Gloucester Counties)

Kramer Beverage is looking for a dynamic individual who can secure and maintain priority brand/packages in assigned accounts. Take ownership of selling, distributing, marketing and merchandising in assigned accounts, while ensuring accounts meet Kramer Beverage's standards of Quality at Retail.

Duties:

• Sell and provide high quality service to accounts assigned.
• Execute weekly account calls
• Attend periodic special events (Weekdays and Weekends)
• Execute monthly Retail Account Standards.
• Execute Quality Assurance Standards
• Develop trusting working relationships with suppliers to enhance Kramer Beverage's reputation as New Jersey's first choice wholesaler.
• Embody and promote the Kramer Fundamentals.

Compensation:

• Base salary range of 30-40K
• Monthly Revenue Bonus; Monthly Retail Standard bonus; Monthly Incentives; car allowance

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred, or 2 years field experience
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Ability to work independently as well as will a team.
• Bilingual is a plus
